The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, cooker, fridge and
washing machine. The lounge area has a TV, video and DVD player, a very
comfy double bed settee and 2 easy chairs. The bathroom has a bath with
electric shower over. The bedroom can be either twin or double bed and has
space for a cot or small bed if needed. There is also Wi-Fi internet
connection.

Bedding and towels are provided (not swimming towels). Electricity is
included but may be charged in winter months if heating is needed through
the day (CH is provided free early morning and evenings in winter).

There is a pleasant outlook over gardens, paddocks and stables. The
property is set well back from the lane and has ample parking. There is a
patio where you can sit and relax or the picnic table overlooking the
paddock with horses.
There are stairs to the apartment so it may not be suited for visitors with
limited mobility.
